“What a fantastic Batch of Hatch. There are not very many options to find Hatch Chili's here in Minnesota so to have these delivered to my door for a day of roasting & then to make a pot full of Green Chili was almost therapeutic”

“We used to live in CO and could get hatch chilies anywhere there in the fall. Since moving to FL you can’t find hatch chilies here. We have now ordered a total of 3- 25lb boxes of the fresh medium chilies. These Chilies are delicious. We’ve roasted them on the Treager grill, some on the charcoal grill, and some in the oven. The ones on the charcoal grill turned out the best. We freeze most of the chilies to use later for our recipes. We will continue to order them from here in the future.”

“Great service and fast delivery. The Chile has a good flavor but the heat is non existent in the Medium, we have only had a couple bites that had any spice to it. I would order hot next time. But no complaints, great company.”

“This is the second year I have ordered the 25 lbs. They have shown up when I figured they would. It takes quite a few hours to smoke it all. So, next year I might just go to Harmony grocery store the last part of August and get them to roast them for me. Been getting hatch peppers from you for last 10 years. Have never been disappointed.”
