“We have been ordering chillies from Hatch for 15 years at least. Chillies are always fresh and when I had a problem one year, they fixed it right away. This year's medium chillies were not as hot this year as usual.”

“What a fantastic Batch of Hatch. There are not very many options to find Hatch Chili's here in Minnesota so to have these delivered to my door for a day of roasting & then to make a pot full of Green Chili was almost therapeutic”
