“Great service and fast delivery. The Chile has a good flavor but the heat is non existent in the Medium, we have only had a couple bites that had any spice to it. I would order hot next time. But no complaints, great company.”

“This is the second year I have ordered the 25 lbs. They have shown up when I figured they would. It takes quite a few hours to smoke it all. So, next year I might just go to Harmony grocery store the last part of August and get them to roast them for me. Been getting hatch peppers from you for last 10 years. Have never been disappointed.”

“Ordered 25lbs in August and after a few trays of enchiladas and some breakfast rellenos we knew what we had in the freezer wasn’t enough! Ordered another 25lbs in October. Hatch Chile Store has the best customer service! Please add candles with a green chili roasting smell and I will buy a case!”
