“I buy 25-50lbs green chile every year. This years 50lbs arrived overnight to northern Wisconsin in perfect condition. 2 cracked chiles and none spoiled. This year’s crop flavor is fabulous and has that distinctive Hatch taste. Takes me back to when I was teaching high school in Hatch during the late 1970’s.”
