“My Big Jims arrived quickly and in great shape. The smell of the box is amazing! I have already made 3 meals with them and have roasted and frozen the rest for throughout the year. While these are a little pricey, they come straight from the field to your house and well worth it in my opinion. Love Hatch chilies!”

“The big jims were not as hot as I was expecting...the word is the chilis were a bit milder this season, but were they fresh! I immediately roasted them and already have made rellenos, a hatch chili pizza with creamy jalepeno sauce and cojita and pork and green chili stew to last me through the winter.”

“First year buying Hatch's Big Jim.....but it won't be my last! Next time, I'll be ordering even more! Beautiful peppers! You open the box, and the fragrance is just wonderful. Not a single pepper spoiled or had a "bad spot" on them. Huge in size. Used approx 2lbs for salsa verde, and the rest of the 5lb box was canned up in chunks, and used in a casserole that night! If you are debating getting these, they are not "super" hot and the CS is awesome!”
