“The box arrived via fedex. It was fun to see the peppers, I’m sure they MSU have been fine when picked. But several peppers had slices cut in, others had bad spots that started to soften and rot. I tossed a few and cut the bad spots off and within hours of their arrival I roasted the entire shipment. Skinned and seeded, and now in the freezer. Home processed this way, they should be fine. I’ve used them in several dishes. Flavor is just exactly as it should be. The flavor is excellent and even with the minor loss, I’d buy again as I cannot find anything close in my area. Just be ready to roast and process on the day they arrive, as the shipping doesn’t use refrigeration.”

I pulled up your order and saw that you did order one of our 5lb boxes that came with free shipping. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage? Please send us photos of the spoiled chile that you received. As soon as we get those photos we will schedule a reshipment! In the future, please reach out to our customer service team if there is an issue with your order. If we don't know about the issue, we never have a chance to correct it.
