“It was very easy to place my pre-order. Anxious to receive the chiles. I roasted them same day they arrived. Next day made a pot of the greeen chile with pork. It was delicious and spicy, but a good spicy. I lived in New Mexico for years and had my share of green and red chiles. I now live in Florida and miss having my chile fix. So glad I have a way to get chile when I have a craving for it. Thank you.”

“My first order of fresh chiles. 5# of fresh green Big Jims. Got a small order because didn’t know what to expect. Well, I’ll be back for more fresh this year or ne t. You guys, I’m so glad I found you. Fresh, fresh, fresh. All good. Fine shipping. Get the fast shipping since it’s summer when the greens come in and you don’t want spoilage. Oh, man. Sooo good.”
