“This year's "mild" green chiles had essentially no spiciness at all. Last year's were pretty hot. Three years ago, as memory serves, the mild chiles were also so mild, the following year I ordered both mild and medium. Of course, the mild that year had some heat. To be clear: The quality and flavor is always wonderful. However, I wish I knew before ordering how spicy the mild chiles were going to be be that year. Yeah, I know, mother nature is full of surprises. Most of my yearly green chile order gets made into a salsa I freeze and enjoy all year long in various dishes.”

“This was our third time ordering peppers from your company and, while the peppers themselves were great, the delivery service took almost a week to deliver them so they were not too fresh when we received them. Luckily, we were able to roast almost all of them and only lost two to rot.”

“My box of chiles arrived super fresh. They are very mild as advertised. Prepared on the BBQ and yielded 7 bags of chiles ready for a serving of salsa. Just a simple blending of the chiles tomatillo, cilantro, a little onion and lime juice and salt to taste make an out of this world salsa.”

“Arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Everything was great, but I paid for the 2-3 day shipping. Since shipping was so expensive, probably won’t order again. But, if price isn’t a concern, they were delicious.”
