“My mild chile is hotter than last year! I know it can depend upon the weather. Also, chiles not as large. I saw that you have two varieties now of mild...last year only Joe Parkers. Are the others hotter and not as large? I would prefer the Joe Parkers. But they are still very good!”

“Earlier, I bought 25 lbs of the hot chile and it was delicious. My husband can no longer handle the heat so I ordered 10 lbs of mild. It's perfect for Chile Relleno-his favorite. I often make a small pot of chile verde with half hot and half mild for him. Its perfect!”

“I ordered online and the chilis arrived on time. I was alerted beforehand by email and my dogs alerted me the day they arrived. I took the attached pictures upon arrival and while roasting. They were very fresh and in good shape. I think I may need to order another 10 lbs. before they are gone until next year.”
