“THis was the second 10 lbs I ordered as the first one just didn't seem enough. My order arrived as stated after my email and I was just as pleased as the first 10 lbs. Fresh with no spoilage. I roasted them and processed them for freezing. Now I have Hatch Chili for the rest of the year. Thanks Hatch Chile Company!”

“My mild chile is hotter than last year! I know it can depend upon the weather. Also, chiles not as large. I saw that you have two varieties now of mild...last year only Joe Parkers. Are the others hotter and not as large? I would prefer the Joe Parkers. But they are still very good!”
