“This is the first 10 lbs we sent to my wife's Father's family. They received the chilis in perfect condition and were extremely happy to receive Hatch Chiles. I am hoping to make this an annual delivery for them to enjoy. Thanks Hatch Green Chile Company!”

“THis was the second 10 lbs I ordered as the first one just didn't seem enough. My order arrived as stated after my email and I was just as pleased as the first 10 lbs. Fresh with no spoilage. I roasted them and processed them for freezing. Now I have Hatch Chili for the rest of the year. Thanks Hatch Chile Company!”
