“I ordered the 10 pound box the day after I received and put up my 5 pound box; that should say it all. Every pod was perfect, meaty, full of flavor and mild. We love green chile but we can't take the heat of hotter varieties and this was just right. I have no doubt I'll be preordering a 20 pound box next spring which means I'd better get a bigger grill for roasting. Thanks for making a bit of New Mexican goodness something that can still be enjoyed from afar.”

“Delicious as ever, and 10 lbs was a great amount for us. I did 8 or 9 batches of 7-8 chiles each under the broiler for 11 minutes, 7 on the first side and 4 on the second side. Came out perfect.”

“I just now received my chilies. They are very fresh however they are on the small size, that’s the only reason for only 4 stars. I would’ve given 4 1/2 if it were an option. I roasted a few for lunch and my kitchen smells amazing! Very yummy, one very hot one but so very yummy! I’m very satisfied on this replacement box of my last box that wasn’t useable due to it not being fresh. So excited to share roasting green chili with our friends tonight at our New Mexican night with your chili being the star! Thanks for the great customer service”

“The chili's arrived with very little damage. It was their fault I was tied up in a meeting and they sat on my front porch in above 100 degrees for 6 hours. They are very yummy.”
