“I just now received my chilies. They are very fresh however they are on the small size, that’s the only reason for only 4 stars. I would’ve given 4 1/2 if it were an option. I roasted a few for lunch and my kitchen smells amazing! Very yummy, one very hot one but so very yummy! I’m very satisfied on this replacement box of my last box that wasn’t useable due to it not being fresh. So excited to share roasting green chili with our friends tonight at our New Mexican night with your chili being the star! Thanks for the great customer service”

“The chili's arrived with very little damage. It was their fault I was tied up in a meeting and they sat on my front porch in above 100 degrees for 6 hours. They are very yummy.”

“The 10# of hatch chilies came quickly. They were very fresh, large in size for easy roasting and peeling. I was able to get them all roasted and frozen within a few days. I’m set for the winter with Hatch chilies! It was definitely worth the money to do the quickest shipping. I highly recommend.”
