“Love these New Mexico Hatch Chile! They are the BEST! I've been ordering from The Hatch Chile Store for years, even back when the business was called Berridge Farms. You can buy New Mexico chile at local CA grocery stores but its always the med. to hot varieties. and sort of wrinkled and beat up looking. “My Chiles arrived in great shape and on time. Out of the 10 lbs. of mild chiles, I only had 3 that were bad. That's really good odds in my book!! I fire roasted them all and they turned out perfectly.”
