“My Chiles arrived in great shape and on time. Out of the 10 lbs. of mild chiles, I only had 3 that were bad. That's really good odds in my book!! I fire roasted them all and they turned out perfectly.”

“Received my Mild NM 6-4 hatch green chile on time. No bad ones in this bunch at all. Roasted all in one day and froze them. Usually mixed with my medium hatch peppers but not this time. Loretta”

“Our mild green chili arrived as promised in perfect condition. We had it shipped 2 day air and every single chili pod was perfect. It's been roasted and frozen now for use all year long. The flavor is sweet and tasty and the roasting fragrance was heaven!! Thank you for excellent quality!!”
