“Though I marked the "Good" box, I would rate the overall product as somewhere between good and very good. The majority of the chile were in very good condition. There were some that were dried out and wrinkled and a little tough, but most of those were the smaller ones. There were some that had the stems broken off. That in itself does not affect the quality of the chile other than the end became dried out and makes for a little more difficulty when making chile rellenos. Aside from the above minor cons above, the chile is fresh, firm, meaty and ohhh, so very delicious. Would I recommend this chile and its company to others and would I order again......ABSOLUTELY. Yes, it costs more to buy chile online. But I have lived in New Mexico and experienced the unique flavor of the Hatch chile......there is nothing like it. So for me, it is worth it to have them shipped to Oregon where I now live. I have eaten chile from Kentucky, to Arkansas, to California, to Oregon and nowhere have I found anything better than an original Hatch chile from New Mexico and this merchant. Thank you again for satisfying my Hatch Chile Fix.”

“No peppers in the world come close to Hatch! The milds are so flavorful that even my wife who generally doesn't eat peppers thinks these are delicious! Flavor first- heat second. We love them roasted, BBQ or even raw in a salad!”

“I received my chiles, got them grilled, and they are so good. I only buy Hatch green chiles, and this is the first time having them shipped and they were great. Now I have ordered 2 boxes of the hot and extra hot for friends. Thank you”

“We look forward to our Hatch chile order every year. The peppers are thick and beautiful. Local stores sell what they claim to be Hatch chile, but we know these are the real deal! I'm rationing my remaining frozen chile until the new order arrives. Delicious!!”
