“Our mild green chili arrived as promised in perfect condition. We had it shipped 2 day air and every single chili pod was perfect. It's been roasted and frozen now for use all year long. The flavor is sweet and tasty and the roasting fragrance was heaven!! Thank you for excellent quality!!”

“We found the store online and decided to give them a shot. We were a little unsure if / when everything would arrive, but we were pleasantly surprised when we found the box on our front door step. The quality and flavor of the chiles are excellent. We made a few batch of pork green chile immediately, and we couldn't be happier. For the price, it's a great deal and the convenience of having them delivered to our front door is wonderful. We will definitely order again next year.”

“Two ten pound boxes came with not one pepper damaged or going bad. Amazing! This is my third year of ordering. There is no doubt that getting these peppers fresh from NM is worth it. The flavor of the peppers is superb. I have already roasted, cleaned and frozen my batch for use now and through the year.”
