“My husband introduced me to Green chili 20 years ago and I fell in love with it. I can not get enough of this chili. I love roasting it and surely don’t mind peeling it! If the shipping rates weren’t so high I’d buy 25lbs a month. It’s so delicious and I love all the health benefits it offers!”

“I have been buying my Chile from Hatch Chili Store for about 10 years. The only issue I have ever had (8 yrs ago) I received the wrong Chile and they promptly made it right. My Chile this year was dead on perfect and will make the holidays extra hot…lol”

“They arrived in Excellent condition and stayed fresh for many days. My only complaint was they were much hotter than other orders of Mild peppers but still fantastic.”

“I have had hatch chili's for over 40 years I ordered mild and they are so hot I gave them all away I took 5 days for 2 day shipping and some peppers were lost Very disappointed customer”
