“Another year of contentment with "real" Hatch chili. I was raised in southwest NM. I know what a Hatch chili is supposed to taste like. I loathe that vegetable stands & grocery stores try to pass their chili for Hatch. Shame on them. Again, thank you for the order!”

“We love these peppers! They are full of flavor and have just the right level of hotness for us. My husband makes a smoked meatloaf and adds chopped Hatch mild chiles to the meat mix. Delightful! They’re also fantastic on top of a plain hamburger with cheese.!”
