“We love these peppers! They are full of flavor and have just the right level of hotness for us. My husband makes a smoked meatloaf and adds chopped Hatch mild chiles to the meat mix. Delightful! They’re also fantastic on top of a plain hamburger with cheese.!”

“First, they are more than mild. Some are closer to medium - not a complaint, I like both. The Hatch flavor is legendary. I lived in Las Cruces for 10 years, really miss the smell of roasting peppers during harvest time. And the easy access to real Hatch products. Moving to Florida, I thought I lost my Hatch peppers. Then I ordered a box of your Hatch green chile. Almost like being home again. Really enjoyed roasting my own peppers, but, more than that, I now can have some of my favorite dishes! THANKS!”

“I love being able to get Hatch green chilies in West Virginia. I grew up in Colorado and this time of the year there were roasters in almost every grocery store parking lot...West Virginia, well no! I pre-ordered 5lbs and had to come back for 10 more pounds as the first 5 are almost gone. Great chilies and a great family/company to deal with. You are my go to for my chilies, thank you!”
