“I got my 5 lbs order yesterday, they are fresh and nice, all very good and no spoilage. They arrived earlier than I expected. I roasted them and made 2 meals, love the taste. I just found out that i could've ordered 10 lbs for just $5 more! i actually never even checked price for 10lbs because I thought it'd be double the price. I am kicking myself now! I am going to order more hot ones next time. Thank you for the wonderful product!”

“A few days ago I ordered 10 lbs of Big Jim's. Just a word advice to future buyers before harvest...you get the very best product! I lost 4 chiles over a 2 day delivery. They were the best yet of over 3 years of ordering! I just ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim's! Also, I have the reds coming in the Fall. Great people who stand by their product! I.am a customer life! BYW...I live in Florida.”

“We bought a combined 40 lbs of medium and hot and got 29 cups of roasted, peeled, and chopped chili this year. The peppers were meaty and have great flavor. We only lost eight peppers in shipping but just as pleased with our order this year as we were last year. Will definitely consider buying another 25 pound box mid to late season just to ensure we have enough for the year.”
