“Received my preordered 25 lbs of Big Jim/charger chiles. Never been more pleased. Good heat, very good heat, big meaty pods, a joy to have. Pre order and get the first of the year harvest. Not one had turned red and not a single one with stem rot, all shiny and fresh. Thank you hatch chile store. Great chiles great service.”

“So delicious. Barely hot enough but the flavor added to salsa, etc. is unparalleled. I came across these by accident over 40 years ago. I'll never forget them. I bought a big burlap sack of them roasted. I put them in the freezer and enjoyed for quite some time.”

“Last year I ordered some sandias and chargers. Sandias had some really good heat and great flavor l the chargers are the best chili I’ve ever had to make chili rellenos. There so meaty and had some good heat which is truly the best of both world. I have my pre order in for a 25 lb box of each”

“First I want to say that nothing beats hatch green chili sent fresh to my door. Second I want to say they make the absolute best chili relleno ever! They are flavorful and beautiful-I am a forever return customer!!!”
