“Its a great service love the 4lines unlimited basic deal but being honest their is times where i reach my premium limit and get throttled down to 100kb or less speed cant even load a webpage for that reason 3 stars atleast make it 3-5 mb speed then you got my 5 stars”

“I discontinued my service with this company after the first month. They are still taking autopay from my account in spite of my having contacted them by Email and asking them to stop the charges and refund my money. They claim that they are only able refund charges for two months. They have not refunded my money and they continue to deduct autopay. I have disputed the charges at my bank and have yet to see if that draws a response.”

“I have been using this for 2 phones. However, it would not keep the auto pay going for the second and I ended up canceling the service. I set up autopay MULTIPLE TIMES without it doing the proper adjustments.”

“The existing phones I have work just fine. I was trying to move my number from Straighttalk to UsMobile and it was a freaking nightmare. I was online with customer service from both companys and both seemed to have no idea how to get my number moved over. So I ended up staying with Straighttalk and I completely hate their customer service....but I NEED my same number.”
