“I was pleasantly surprised by my overall transaction and purchase experience with NeonChamp. The initial interface was easy to navigate, and I loved being able to create my own custom design. My only wish is that there were an extra-small size option, but I understand that for commercial signage, the goal is to make a statement—and this definitely does! My package was delayed during international inspection, which surprised me because I didn’t realize the company was based in India. That said, once it arrived, I was incredibly impressed with the packaging. It was packaged to perfection, with four layers of protection to ensure everything arrived safely. This is going to look amazing in my mobile bicycle repair lab—a converted school bus here in the States. Thank you, NeonChamp, for helping my business and my message to the community glow!”

“This is the second sign I have ordered from this Company and I must say the shipping, promised delivery time, product quality and Customer Service is truly outstanding. “We are very pleased with our custom sign. Communication around shipping was lacking at first, but once we reached out to the company, they were able to provide FedEx shipment numbers. Our order arrived within days and was packaged with great care. Overall, pleasantly surprised!”

“The measurements are not what was ordered and does not fit the location we needed. Reaching out to the company to see what can be done... After some time, and back and forth with different people, the company has sent a replacement and seems to be working great. Thank you!”

“Honestly it was hard for me to pay the price! However once I get it hung up?? I know without a doubt, I’m going to love it even more! I’m hoping to hang it today! I will say, my sign could been more expensive so I’m thankful it wasn’t”

“Nice quality and bright! Only thing I was not a fan of was the wire anchors it came with, thought they were kinda ugly. I bought stainless steel crimping ferrules to hang it with instead.”
