“Super impressed with this trampoline. My 12 year daughter and her friend put it together all by them selves with a little help on how to put the mat on but once I got it started they did he rest. We didn't set up the enclosure right away. It was difficult getting the foam up into the sleeves on the netting but it looks great and works great. I hope Zupapa makes accessories soon like a tent and basketball hoop.”

“This trampoline is great, perfect for my kiddos, very safe and sturdy and the company is great as well. I needed a new part and it was shipped to me ASAP am I had a great customer service experience. Thanks to Heather!”

“The trampoline is made of very good quality and durable. Had to replace the net due to little ones cutting it. Zupapa sent a replacement right away. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of the trampoline.”

“Great trampoline. Very well constructed and easy to assemble. The best part is it comes with gloves and tools for 2 people to put it together. My son loves it and spends every chance he gets jumping on it. We live in NJ and it weathered the bad winter we had this past season no problem at all. Checked in the spring and everything was like brand new still. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trampoline for their kids.”

“I like that the product has the no gap jump mat and spring cover. The full length poles for the netting is also a very nice feature. Extra features like the yard stakes, ant-slip bushings under the legs, entrance mat and Winter cover are great additions. With the dipped galvanized poles and the UV treated fabrics - we are hoping we get many years of use and fun out of our Zupapa trampoline. The product came in 3 boxes and everything was very well packaged. The instructions were very well done and written. The product also came with with 2 sets of gloves to keep the excess oil off your hands while assembling and 2 tools to help you install the springs. Overall, we feel the product is one of the best, spring-style trampolines on the market. We had some slight shipping damage from the freight carrier and then contacted Zupapa directly. Green in their Customer Service Dept. was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful. She resolved our issue 100% and went beyond our expectations with both the level of communication and the final outcome. I will always lean towards doing business with a company that stands behind their product and helps their customer. Thanks Green and thank you Zupapa.”
