“We have a 14’ round trampoline for a few months now, and not only my 10 year old daughter loves it, but my wife and I as well. It is well built, durable, and seems to be safe. The springs and jump mat deliver great bounce and hours of fun to our entire family. Zupapa delivered a great product and even better customer service. One of the boxes came broken, and I believe loose parts caused a scratch on a jump mat. The scratch was deep enough to be felt under a finger. In my opinion, the scratch could have became a tear. I contacted Zupapa and worked closely with Jenna who arranged a shipment of a new jump mat. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To Zupapa and ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to Jenna from customer service!”

“We purchased the zupapa 14ft trampoline over a year ago for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. We received the trampoline in a timely manner, all parts were included and the set-up was easy. Unfortunately, due to some bad weather a few parts needed to be replaced. Working with Lan in customer service made that process so smooth. Would highly recommend purchasing a zupapa trampoline.”

“The quality of this trampoline is 2nd to none I've had 3 trampolines in the last 15 years and by far this one as more Springs more bounce safer from my children than anyone I've had before. One of the kids broke 1 of the poles by pulling on it and" Lan" in customer service Was a great help and immediately sent out a replacement Pole At no cost to me. Trampoline Lover forever . 56 and still doing backflips lan@zupapa”

“We purchased the 15 ft trampoline. It was a great experience from the moment we ordered it. It arrived quickly in three boxes and all the pieces were high quality. We were looking for a trampoline with a higher weight capacity and were glad to find this one at best price. We were able to assemble in about two hours (two of us). I can’t forget to mention how great the customer service has been for us when we reached for enclosure replacement which got damaged due to severe storm that turned a tree on it few weeks ago. We contacted them and Heather was able to help us out immediately and has been great to work with. Definitely recommend this trampoline.”

“Just got mine today and assembled it with ease using the video and instruction manual! I love it so much! Very sturdy and incredibly good quality. The safety cover that goes over the prings is extra great because its already attached to the trampoline so you don't have to worry about it flopping off and exposing the springs! Highly recommend! Most definitely worth the money! Plus the shipping was so quick once it was sent out! Delivered like a day after I got an email saying it was shipped! Thankful to have found this company!”
