“Our three children begged for a trampoline and we finally purchased a 14-foot model one year ago. We chose zupapa because our friend’s had one and loved it. Honestly, I am not sure why we ever waited. It is in constant use by everyone and I am pleased to say that it has not shown any signs of wear and tear. It was money well spent. Assembly was very easy. We have actually taken it apart and put it back together twice now to move it. I sent an email to customer service and Heather emailed me back within 24 hours of me sending a request. Amazing! All in all, we are completely satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Forget about the quality of the product (its excellent, most solid trampoline I've seen), the customer service is what sets this company apart. When they say "outstanding customer service" they mean it. Easily one of the best companies I've ever dealt with - quick to respond, very helpful and friendly, honest and upfront about everything...they don't make promises they can't keep. Mia was the best to deal with, always responded within 24 hours. I was concerned about pre-ordering and possible delays that may occur, but Mia assured me about their processes and that I would probably receive my trampoline early, and that's exactly what happened! On top of that, we had a small issue with the safety netting that we noticed after putting it up - Mia offered to replace it, no questions asked! I couldn't be happier with this purchase...and oh yeah, my kids love it too!!”

“Our previous trampoline broke about one week in to the Covid-19 quarantine. Three kids and no trampoline! We shopped around multiple sights and our research kept leading us back to Zupapa! We ordered and received the new trampoline in 4 days! It was easier to set up than our previous one and very sturdy with great bounce. The company answered my two emails, not with a generic response, but an actually person. I’m just very impressed, all around! 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!”

“We purchased the 15 ft trampoline but unfortunately had to return it due to an error on our part. We realized our mistake before opening the package and contacted Zupapa. Heather helped us with our return and was very pleasant! She was responsive, understanding, and flexible. We highly recommend this company. Their reviews ,and specifically their reputation for having great customer service, was why we chose Zupapa, and they lived up to their reputation. If we are in a position to buy a trampoline in the future we will certainly repurchase from Zupapa!”
