“We purchased the trampoline in May and had two broken poles due to significant windstorms that came through the Midwest over the summer. I sent pictures of the broken poles and within days a replacement was sent out by the company. The trampoline was easy to set up and has been a great addition to our backyard. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a trampoline.”

“We ordered a 14’ trampoline in March when the quarantine started end it was a lifesaver for my active kids! A great reason to get out of the house. When a wind storm came that night and flipped over the trampoline just hours after it was set up, but the customer service representative is happily and quickly sent replacement parts to fix our broken pieces. When we had another issue with a storm, they are helping me to order the additional parts needed. Very responsive. My suggestion for the wind issue is to get very deep stakes that screw into the ground.”

“We bought our 14-ft Zupapa trampoline in 2017 when our daughter was about 4 1/2. Now she's 7 1/2 and it's still in great shape. It's the best trampoline design I've ever seen, and we've found it to be very sturdy and safe for both kids and adults. We replaced the pad last year with a generic one, but this year needed to replace the net as the original zipper broke. No one makes nets like Zupapa, so I contacted them directly and Lan from Customer Service was amazingly attentive and took me through the process of placing an order for a replacement net. I received updates from Lan on a regular basis regarding the order, when it shipped, and then a follow-up email after it arrived. I replaced the net yesterday (it took me and a friend less than 10 minutes) and it looks beautiful! The new zipper design is reinforced so it seems unlikely to rip. The kids were out jumping on it today having a blast! We love our Zupapa!”

“This trampoline has been phenomenal for our family! It was very easy to set up and has provided hundreds of hours of entertainment for our kids and their friends. On top of it all, Zupapa has excellent customer service - Lan has been tremendous with helping us figure out replacements for parts that a severe storm recently damaged. We will absolutely recommend Zupapa to anyone looking for a trampoline!”
