“I too often have to deal with companies trying to find a way not to service their customers after the sale. I can't even express how great Zupapa and Heather over there have been. I've had crazy wind issues that have damaged the trampoline. They have stepped up everytime, and expeditiously gotten me repaired and whole. Great service, great product!”

“We have had our trampoline for 3 years, and we still love it! Yummy in their customer service department is awesome to work with - always polite, professional, and responds quickly. We are extremely happy with the quality of the trampoline and all the individual parts. It's a solid trampoline, easy to put together, and lasts! You'll be very happy with this, and your kids will love it!”

“I have had my trampoline for four years, I use it almost every day. A spring broke, and Yummy was so helpful in working with me to make sure I'm getting the right spring for replacing it. She's been fast in her replies, and I am confident I'll get the right springs. It's been a great trampoline!”

“Great trampoline - very sturdy. Twin boys used it a ton over the summer when we got it in the pandemic. Got the 14' one as the 15' was out of stock, but still a great size. Easy to assemble - took me ~2 hours on my own one night so we could surprise the boys on their birthday. Over the winter, trampoline got lifted by high winds (couldn't get all the stakes into the rocky ground) and the wall support poles bent - customer service to replace those was very easy.”

“Our daughter uses this religiously and it has been a life saver during this pandemic. When we had issues with the frame, Lan was amazing at responding and resolving our issues. He has gone above and beyond, and the customer service has been amazing! We have recommended Zupapa to family and friends!! :)”

“Kids love this trampoline, as well as adults. Although the zipper on the net was broken, so it is not long enough for the small kids to use to enter. The company, Heather from customer service sent us the replacement net within the week, great service.”
