“Had Working at Heights Training in St. Catharines with Shannon G. He was very passionate about the topic and was very engaging from start to finish. After finishing the training, I have become a lot more aware and confident to go on site as a fresh hire. It was also nice that it was in St. Catharines, it was a very short commute.”

“I received a voicemail mail day 1, I returned the call, no one was able to help me . Karissa left a long voice mail but did not give a policy number. I believe that would have made my returning call back more efficient. Once I obtained policy number, (from my advisor) I returned the call again. I was transferred, put on hold and then told no one was available. I'm certain this could have gone a little smother, I was just trying to pay$ .......”
