Had Elements and Maybe Vitamin before 2020, but I was still using GMB as a supplement to CrossFit I was doing at the time. I have a much different schedule now and training at home easily substituted going to a gym by taking advantage of some soft floor matting. I train most mornings for half an hour. I get a really good mobility workout and it’s a great warm up before the cycle to work. Bottom line is that I know that working through the basic movements in Elements will help to keep me supple and strong enough for my fitness needs. If I want to step it up there’s Integral Strength and really fun programs like Vitamin and Floor Loco that keep a smile on my face. I can’t believe I can do some of the things they show. I’m always learning. But overall I’m having loads of fun and I never dread a workout. :) In fact I look forward to it every day and feel disappointed when I can’t fit a workout in.
