My goal when I started was literally, “I want to do more than just lift heavy sh*t!”
GMB is exactly what I needed! I was already in good enough shape, fit enough, and able to move. I was just looking for something more. Putting in the effort with GMB has made me stronger, given more stability for bigger lifts, and given me more strength through a better range of motion. That last part is huge! More strength through a better range doesn’t just make weights easier, it makes life easier- from workouts, to keeping up with my kids, shovelling snow, jujitsu, work- all of it! I love the courses, the info, and the community aspect of it too. I’m always looking forward to starting my next program :)
