“The only problem I have had is that the renewal documents were emailed to an old non existent email so it was automatically renewed without my knowledge. On phoning them it was quickly rectified and the relevant documentation emailed through. I would have appreciated a renewal letter by mail. MB9 was very helpful on phone and changed the email immediately.”
