I currently have two cars insured with theese people and I am as happy as can be expected with their performance to date. I haven't made a claim nor renwed with them yet.”
“Good multi channel follow up (text, phone calls, emails), the underlying problem is that we took out the policy when moving house and so correspondence address had not been updated and we were not in possession of the renewal quote. Is this something you could consider when originating new business as it must be common? The advisor (AA2) was helpful in giving an outline of the cover and putting the renewal through after this initial misunderstanding.”
