“The call handler SC7 was very helpful. friendly, knowledgable and got the corrections made.
One thing I did't like was that on the Compare the Market website I entered that protected NCB was required and when we received the Certificate it stated that this was NOT included. I had to call in and only then was it explained that One Call offer a "Guaranteed NCB" and that this is offered by One Call and not the Insurance Company......that was a bit misleading on the website and should have been clearer. Certain other items on the statement of fact were not 100% correct so needed amending.
Churchill were cheaper and although they offer Home Start breakdown cover, this is only free for the first 12months then they charge. You really have to check the details !! We went with One Call because you offer Home Start breakdown cover as standard and are much more straightforward. Really like the fact you're based in Yorkshire !!!
