LM8 was very patient at explaining everything i asked..obtaining car insurance is never a nice thing to do but she made the process far less pain than alot of other insurance companies..and gave me a good deal!!

Disgusted by the service I received from One Call. Took out a policy over the phone, as soon as I had put phone down realised that I had forgot some information, called back to inform them to be told I had to pay 85pound to amend the policy. I explained I hadn't even had the policy for an hour and it didn't even start for another week to be told there was nothing they could do. I asked to cancel to be told it would be 49pound to cancel, which is their set up fee! I was never told about this when they sold me the policy. Was given false information by 3 different people from this company. Long story short I cancelled and went with another company who were over 100pound cheaper!

I have been with One Call Insurance for 3 years and have found the operators to be knowledgeable and appear to understand the product they are providing. No hassle and although a delay in getting through I was updated on expected waiting time unlike some other competitors. KW9 handled the process efficiently and was courteous throughout however one constructive point, which is to temper the enthusiasm as the process was slightly rushed resulting in the information being delivered was not that clear? One Call Insurance did listen and were keen to ensure that my renewal quote was competitive and met my needs. Guys I did challenge the quote with other competitors and none of them covered the scope of the quote.

There was an error on the dates of my new insurance, my old one ran out at midday, the new one started the following midnight. It was dealt with, no questions asked. But it took me over 30 minutes to get through, plus a further 20 minutes stuck with a phone to my ear. I did tell One Call that I had just acquired a dash cam, thinking it would bring my premium down, they came back and wanted £30 more. But they did honour the original price, how nice of them. If they hadn't I would have gone elsewhere. Also I got text saying £25 cash back for taking a new policy out. Yeah right, £25 was knocked off the premium. I should have said no to the policy then, or during my cooling off period. Let us see if I get £10 for this review?

a very clear and simple site. my problem was how to upload documents online - my grandson did it for me! Perhaps next time I will go back to using the telephone. I contacted sc7 by phone eventually to check all had been done correctly and she was most helpful. Thankyou

I had just completed on a new home and was a little unsure about how to provide cover for buildings and contents, the service adviser KB6 was knowledgable, helpful and efficient and it was an easy process to get the best cover for my needs.

Amy ar6 was very helpfully explained everything very clearly. it's the first time I have this broker but will tell my friends and family about my experience .the quote was better than my previous company which I had been with for 28 years who let me down highly recommended !!
