There were a few things that weren't clear when I my policy documents came through such as it says I have no legal cover or emergency cover yet when I bought it online it stated that both of these cane as standard. I had to call to get clarification. The customer service person was very helpful and cleared up the emergency cover but I am still unsure about legal cover - I was transferred to another dept but hung up as was on hold for too long!”
