I would not recommend them as an Insurance Broker to my worst enemy !!

“Although emails and documentation for renewals say you are the cheapest clearly you are not as a renewal admin fee of £30 put the premium up, I had a £20 discount given to me on my renewal so because of this offer I remained with you.
We all have tighter Budgets and they get tighter and tighter if there is a margin for a cheaper quote then this should be observed and given at the time of renewal rather than us having to ask for the discount.
