After a long automated legal information I spoke to an actual person, (Layla Beaumont). The information provided was very clear and concise.

Had a query about changing a statement of fact on my policy, did have to hold while operator contacted my insurer, but advice given and policy booklet emailed to me. The information sent did not give me the confirmation I required but I was advised that there are records of this at One Call, would be helpful to have this confirmation myself. Operator LC1 was helpful and understood and managed my query well.

I used the online chat line where I found Thomas to be extremely helpful regarding my online application and suggested I speak to one of the Advisors direct. When contacted them direct I spoke to LH5 (Laura) who answered any further questions I had in an informed and professional manner. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and would certainly recommend them.

Took me three lengthy phone calls to correct errors to my policy none of which were made by myself. I'm still not confident that all has been resolved.

Great customer service. Got through straight away to amend my policy details and the member of staff managed to find a cheaper quote than I had received already even though I was adding items to the policy. Policy documents arrived digitally within a minute. I had put aside a good hour of my evening to deal with this matter and it was finished in minutes!

The adviser (AJ5) I dealt with was very helpful and explained in easier terms to understand. He went as far as to get me a better deal and cheaper than other companies. Thank you.
