Avoid this insurance company!! Firstly they cancelled my insurance policy without any warning because they claimed to have not received my proof of no claims. When I called to find out what was going on they said they had sent 2 letters which I did not recieve. I had to pay an extra £100 to begin a new insurance policy with them even though I was able to prove that I had sent the no claims via email. The second scam was I recently sold my home and moved back to my parents home temporarily and thought it would be a good idea to inform my insurance company of the change of address. What I didn't expect was £130 charge for this. It was explained to me that there was a standard £50 admin charge and the rest was due to increase to the premium even though the area I had moved to was only 2 miles across the city and has less car crime than where I was living previously. All I can say Is don't be tempted by the cheap initial premiums One Car insurance offer, because they will find other ways of extracting money from you!

The customer service provided by this company was appalling.They managed to mislay some of my documents,then accused me of not sending them.Getting in contact with them by phone was nigh on impossible.When I changed my vehicle they charged me a £70 pound change over fee.I will not be renewing policy when it does finish.

took out insurance with one call insurance sent no claims and license, 2 weeks later they stole money from account stating there was a claim , (rubbish) told them to cancel , got my insurance from my original company. They retained my credit card details and last 3 numbers which is illegal,and stole money from my account. one call insurance costomer service is a joke they cant deal with complaints , so they just put the phone down, one call insurance should be kicked of insurance websites,Do not use one call insurance

disgraceful company to deal with,as you go through policy there are catches all the way through.You accept somethingand then something else turns up.We cancelled after four days and it took numerous phone calls to get a refund.

Would NOT recommend this insurance provider. All communications have been laborious. Multiple requests for information were satisfied yet no one seemed to be updating the systems at One Call, this lead to numerous letters threatening to cancel my policy, this continued even after I'd spoken to multiple people and had uploaded documents numerous times to their online portal. Overall a very poor, dissappointing and increasingly frustrating process.

In simple terms I am in the process of cancelling both my Home Contents and Car Insurance with One Call I would not recommend them as an Insurance Broker to my worst enemy !! Customer service is the worst I have experience to date.

very bad experience with one call made mistake your end said you would repay my money but said i had to wait six weeks still waiting 10 months later .would not recommend to my worst enemy.

they had the card details wrong and never emailled me or sent a letter to tell then cancelled the policy and wanted the full payment wouldnt recomend and never been on your site since.
