“when i bought the ins. i was told my documents would be put on line for me to down load which they were,when i came to print them off some of them did print but some just had black lines or squares all over them.I phoned the next day and spoke to a girl who was very helpful and resent the documents which printed off ok.”
“Their £55 admin fee for alterations meant that I moved away from them and cancelled the policy as there was only one month before renewal when I wanted to change the reg.
When I wanted to cancel they insisted it would not take effect for 7-14 days when in effect their amendment policy caused me to go away.”
“When i first took out my policy i was unaware that i had to supply the company with proof of my no claims bonus , this wasnt a fault of the company i had always been with the same company the 3 yrs i had driven so this was never required but when i was informed the team advised me on how to get these documents which was a great help as i wouldnt have known were to start ! Customer service was wonderful ! Thankfully i didnt need to make a claim but im sure if i did the team would have made this easy to do so !”
