The only thing that I didn't get all the information was over the Breakdown cover....I didn't realise it cost £20 for a call out and just thought it covered home start, roadside and onward travel and also wasn.t aware it was limited to 2 call outs. I only realised when I got my documents.”

“LH% was very satisfactory. I can not however unlock the downloaded documents despite changing the password several times and exactly the same thing happened last year. I think this system needs reviewing.
I hope that LH5 will send me the documents by e-mail.”
“Tried to buy online but website would not accept payment details when continue was pressed. This happened several yimes and was very frustrating.
When I tried to call One Call, I was passed around several departments and kept on hold for ages each time. When I did eventually speak with agent AJ5 he was very helpful, however I was on the phone in total nearly an hour which is not acceptable.”
