“took out insurance with one call insurance sent no claims and license, 2 weeks later they stole money from account stating there was a claim , (rubbish) told them to cancel , got my insurance from my original company.
They retained my credit card details and last 3 numbers which is illegal,and stole money from my account.
one call insurance costomer service is a joke they cant deal with complaints , so they just put the phone down, one call insurance should be kicked of insurance websites,Do not use one call insurance”
“Pretty helpful - useful that lines are open till 9pm. I was kept hanging on the phone for quite some time before I actually got to speak to someone and almost gave up. They all speak clearly but very, very, fast which is a necessity of the job I assume. If I was an elderly person I would find this very annoying so they would probably lose my business.
But overall JR7 was a very friendly and approachable young lady and even managed to locate an even better quote with a lower excess than I had from Confused which was very impressive .”
