I contacted One Call And spoke to AJ5, the young man at the end of the phone. He was courteous, ,polite and made every effort to be of help. We discussed what my needs were and he came up with an offer, just £4 more than The offer on line.
The final decision was made on : known insurance company, price, UK call centres, speed and efficiency of call AND NO PREMIUM RATE PHONE NUMBER (have you ever been kept on hold by these people?)”
“I havent made a claim with One Call so cannot comment other than I've been very satisfied with the contact I have had with them. I particularly like the idea of a guaranteed premium for 3 yrs. It was brought to my attention recently by one of their customer service agents that the excess I was paying was more than the cost of the policy, for a small fee they dropped that excess by half.”
