I wanted to make sure that they had 24hour claims department and that there help desks were based in the UK. I spoke with Charlotte Evens (CE6)who was very helpful and answered all my questions, she was very polite and professional
The process was quick and easy and I downloaded my insurance documents and uploaded my no claims bonus and driving licence documents straight away.

“Really difficult when changing car. Tried to charge me £35 administration fee for changing my car from a focus to a fiesta. Eventually charged me £19 for cancelling and starting a new policy. Kept getting different information every time I rang. Asked for policy to start at 5pm when I was changing my car, but policy came through at 12pm which meant I couldn't drive my old car. This resulted in yet another telephone call. Kept getting put through to wrong department. Paid for insurance in full then got documents in post for direct debit payments. Had to ring again and they cancelled the direct debit. Then got another letter in post about payments they are going to take off for direct debit. I give up!!!”
