Great customer service & communication from my first phone call to this company Excellent technician(Timothy Pettigrew)) arrived in a timely manner at my home and installed the battery in my Acura with no issues I will certainly use again as my need arises for my other vehicles!”

“I cannot say how easy, or great, this experience was. I went online and schedule an appointment between 12-2. By 10:34 I received a call saying that the technician was in my office complex. Rashad was the technician and he was nice and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“1-800-Battery was a lifesaver as they were able to come and install a new battery as soon as I needed. Tyler was fantastic and was right on time at the start of the appointment window I selected, and in a matter of minutes installed the new battery to where I was good to go! Highly recommend 1-800-Battery to anyone.”
