“I called and they came the same day and sorted it out!”

“***** (Tried to Click on 5 Stars but couldn't. Hope my 5 stars are adequate. John came out and the appointed time and called ahead to advise of his estimated arrival time and again when he was 5 minutes away. He proceeded to do the work but found out the battery he had been given wouldn't fit in the space in the engine compartment. However, he made a second trip the next day with a battery that would fit the space and stayed to make sure the car's computer system was up and running. All was AOK. He was professional and courteous. I have no complaints and would recommend your Co. should the need and opportunity arise.”

“From the online ordering process...through the tracking of delivery...and, culminating with an outstanding technician (JEFF) doing a great job...1-800-Battery was fantastic to work with!
