“5 Star - The Technician arrived within an hour, changed the battery out with the proper type, pleasant, friendly demeanor. We would definitely use them again we are stranded and in a bind!”

“The price was a little high but that was mostly because battery prices are ridiculously high. That being said, it was worth every penny. My technician was attentive and extremely nice. He assisted in helping me get the vehicle started as it turns out my key fob also was having technical issues. Very nice company and huge perk that they come to you so no towing necessary!”

“Very happy with my service. Admittedly a bit pricey but worth it in my case for the convenience and ease of ordering and the fact that my battery was completely dead so I couldn't go pick up another one myself. My technician Ryan was very friendly and trustworthy, arrived on time, and changed out my battery quickly. Definitely recommend for people who need a battery delivered that can't go pick it up on their own, especially if money isn't a major factor.”

“Very simple ordering process and the technician arrived quickly and on time which was appreciated. Ryan was very friendly and trustworthy and did the battery change in less than 10 minutes which was also very appreciated. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs a battery delivered; I wasn't able to drive to the location to pick it up myself (since obviously my car wasn't starting) so this was a very convenient alternative and the fact that installation is included is a nice touch.”

“The ordering process was easy. The representatives were helpful and the delivery was on time and installation was fast. I will be using them in my time of need. I was stranded at a hotel and all those other delivery companies could not help me. AutoZone and Oriley only deliver to other businesses so I was out of luck , but I discovered 1-800 Battery and they help me out!!”

“I knew my battery was dead and I was at home. I didn’t want to hassle with doing it myself or trying to jumpstart my car to get it somewhere and be stuck waiting at an auto parts store or a mechanic for an unknown amount of time in order to save some money. I was able to have someone arrive about an hour after my order with a new battery. Bryan very quickly changed it out within minutes and had me verify my car started before completing the job. It was very convenient and there were no surprise extra fees except a reasonable mileage fee and of course taxes. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the lack of selection of batteries. I was only given one option and it was a higher end priced battery.”

“My car battery was replaced at home within a few hours of ordering, and it was $70 cheaper than wrench.com. Super easy, from start to finish, and the communication was exceptional. Highly recommend.”

“My Battery died on Labor day leaving me with few options. 1 800 Battery sent me confirmation and was out to fix my battery situation in 4 hours on a holiday in which most businesses were closed. I felt the price was fair and the tech was professional, being friendly for him having to work on Labor Day. Thank you 1 800 Battery.”
