“I live in Manhattan. Single female who hasn’t owned a car in 34 years! My new car, “George” is a 2003 Honda CR-V. I was parked on the street and had to move my car for ASP. Battery-Dead!! I found 1-800-Battery. What an AMAZING service! It took a couple hours for them to fet to me, but the price of them showing up and installing a new battery was WAY better than 1. Having to have my car towed ($200.) 2. Finding a garage to service my car 3. Having to buy a battery myself. I WAS THRILLED! They are very professional. The technician, Zach, who worked on my car was knowledgable and professional.”

“Great service. Sold me two outstanding batteries for my GMC Sierra 3500. My dealership was impressed and could not compete with the price. The point of their on line service was a miscommunication about weather I had a 48 or 78. Had no idea what they were talking about. Later I consulted with my dealership and they had never heard of such a reference. The installer was sent to my location with a 78. It did not fit my vehicle. This resulted in an hour and one half delay.”
