“Such a professional, efficient service. I figured I needed a new battery since the original one was about 6 years old. Upon arrival, the technician verified that the battery was reading dead before installing the new one. In minutes my truck was back in action. I'm very grateful for the help. This service saved me so much time!”

“Our battery was still under warranty. we called to have them come out and inspect to see if our issue was a result of the battery. From the time we called, they were at our home within 2 hours, confirmed it was the battery and provided a brand new battery. we were very grateful for the customer service.”

“At 6:30 am when you jump in your car to drive to work and the car does not start, it's not exactly the picture-perfect start of any day. However - ordering an installed battery from 1800battery.com solved it all. The battery arrived at the exact time estimated. The installer was courteous, professional and completed the job in minutes. Hopefully, I never need this service again, however, if I do - they will be my first call”
