“Saturday morning: car is DOA in garage. Requested to purchase new battery + installation at my home asap. About 3 hours later, new battery installed & ready to go. Very happy with service. Glad I was home due to extreme heat in DFW.”

“The gentleman who delivered/installed the battery was friendly and courteous and answered all questions/concerns in a professional matter. Would highly recommend this individual, I did not get his name however. 5 stars all around!”

“Great service- Tech was friendly and communicated when he was running behind schedule. My appointment was at 1030, but the tech didn’t show until around 630. I did schedule on a Saturday and there were a lot of orders! I would just say plan ahead and be respectful to the techs who work hard in this heat! Thank you Eddie!”
