“Reese was amazing. It took 10 minutes from when he arrived until he left, and the car, at most, and Reese was very nice too. The car is starting without a hitch now. Best service possible for something this urgent, far beyond what I expected.”

“5 out of 5 for sure! My car died in my garage and this was the perfect option for me. The technician came out to my house (I think his name was Jason) tested the battery and replaced it in within a matter of minutes. Super grateful for the speedy and thoughtful process.”

“Everything was just as promised. I was stuck with a dead battery and within a few hours of contacting 1-800 Battery, the tech was at my house and quickly got the battery swapped out and I was back up and running. Highly recommend this service.”

“This was the first time that I have used the 1-800-Battery service and for the most part I was very pleased. I was initially given an estimated arrival time of 1 hour, about which I was very pleasantly surprised. But then (after that hour) the estimated arrival time was bumped to FIVE HOURS, and I was not happy about that at all. But the technician (Chad) got there about an hour later, and he told me that there is some flaw in the software which greatly increases that time. Chad did a really quick job, and was professional in every way. So all in all it was a very good experience.”
