“I had an issue with my battery the night before so I called 1800 battery. They took my payment immediately and I was a little hesitant at first. They came the next day and fixed the problem quickly. The tech Eric and the customer service (over the phone) was great. I see some of the previous reviews, but my experience was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.”

“This company is professional, responsive, and competent with stellar customer service- from Jacob scheduling and answering questions to Carlos the technician. “1st time user of this service, I own a Sedan/Limo company in Phoenix, AZ. Jacob was the person who helped us (on the phone) and he was very professional, we are waiting for the tech to show up and install the battery, I will write another review after that is done.
