“Didn't receive any updates from you. I had to call for updates (but, it was Xmas Eve). Hector was amazing. I didn't need a battery, but he did his best to figure things out. I would use your service again.”

“I read either super good or terrible reviews online about 1-800 batteries, but I still want to give it the benefit of the doubt. I live in New England and my experience with them was excellent! The technician was on time and with the exact battery I ordered. The entire process took about 10 mins, at my driveway, and on the same day. I also asked the technician about the bad reviews online and he said it happened mostly in the south or west coast, where they may have fewer providers with a longer distance to cover. If you live in the East coast, I strongly recommend you to give it a try.”
