“Jon Gilbert Jr. arrived at my driveway, he was enthusiastic and competent. He met with all the challenges (my battery is inside the car under the seat) in pitch dark. Got the new battery installed and my car started right up. Highly recommend!!!!”

“I was at a relative's house and my battery went out. I went online and made an appointment during the night for the first available, someone came out and changed the battery in my BMW in tip top time. Also reset my car battery and was professional. I also like that I was able to see the person's location in real time so that I knew when he was nearing my location. Great service!!!”

“I needed a battery brought to me to revive a beloved car that had sat idle for 2 years as its current battery was completely dead and would not hold a charge no matter how much time I had it one my charger. The 1-800-Battery website was easy to navigate and let me search for the very specific and hard to find battery for my 30 year old European car. Remarkably, even though it was already the afternoon, I Was able to schedule my appointment the same day. They let me pick a time, but also cautioned that given extenuating circumstances it could be later than scheduled. It did turn out that it was later than originally scheduled, but I reached out to 1-800-battery and they quickly gave me a new time frame, and the installer texted me when he was heading my way. Eddie was professional and knowledgeabl- and even though my car had an unusual structure to be able to remove the battery , he quickly found the "key" to getting it out and quickly got the new one in. Once it was in, I turned the key and it fired right up. I am very happy with the service and very relieved I have the car in working order again. Also before he left he let me know that 1-800-battery stood behind their batteries and if for some reason this one stopped delivering power, just call and he would bring out a new one to replace it. This made me feel even better about my purchase. Also the price of the battery was very competitive as it was the same price as when I replaced the battery in this car 10 years ago. I was very happy with all aspects of this transaction, and would definitely use them again, or recommend them to my friends and family who might find themselves in need of a replacement battery,”

“I was very pleased with the service. My car battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced. I looked at various options, including being towed to auto service centers. Not only were the quotes for towing outrageous but so were the prices for batteries. I decided that there had to be an alternative and started searching online which is where I found 1-800 Battery.com. Not only were the battery prices reasonable, but they also promised to have an installer at my place in 3 1/2 hours. They were wrong on the timing - he showed up 2 1/2 hours. The installer was courteous and professionally installed the new battery. Hopefully, I will never have to deal with a problem like this again. But, if I do, I am going to contact 1-800 Battery.com.”

“I had a very good experience with 1-800-Battery. They came quickly, they had an app that showed me their travel progress, it was $50 cheaper than others I checked with, and the technician hopefully will get recognized because he was outstanding in his politeness, friendliness. and he worked very efficiently.”
