“This service is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. What I got is a heavy duty diehard battery.They delivered the battery to me. They installed it. And they took the old battery. My hands remained clean. Priceless!!”

“Excellent service and experience. The entire process took an hour from submitting order to completion of installation. I would recommend 1800 Battery to anyone in the DFW area. Eddie, the Technician, took the experience from good to outstanding. He is friendly, professional and informative. He welcomed questions and educated me on aspects under the hood beyond just the battery installation. I took his business card and will be consulting him on any issues that come up moving forward. He was great!”

“So easy! 1-800-battery eliminated our hassle of finding someone to jump start a dead battery then drive around in the 100 plus degree heat to search for a battery and installation. Completed the online request form and Eric showed about 2 hours later. Problem quickly resolved! Eric was professional, had great workmanship, personable. Highly recommend.”

“After contacting my usual go to for service to check my car battery they advised they may need to keep it over night. 1800Battery made it so very easy to jump on line & select a battery. Surprisingly they were here in just a couple of hours even notifying by text they were in route. William was friendly and efficient! I will defiantly use this service again!”

“The experience from ordering to battery replacement was seamless. The technician even came to my house earlier in the day than I requested, which was a great surprise - usually you're sitting around waiting for someone to show in the arrival window. Also, my tech was super professional and got the job done quickly and neatly. Will definitely use them again.”

“Had to get a new battery for my jeep. Went to so many places and they were like. Nah you need to go to a dealer. Dealer wanted $500 for labor and battery. I called 1800 batteries. They came out. Replaced it. Gave me a 3 year warranty and I can make payments on the battery. Super easy. Super reliable. And so professional and nice!! Will use again!!”

“They were on time and friendly. Batteries are a little pricey but they don't charge much of a mileage fee if live in a metro area. Worth the price if they come to you. Would use again.”
