“Although I paid more than I wanted to for the battery, the service I received, made it well worth it. I was kept informed, by text, of the tech's ETA, how far away they were and when they'd arrived. Brandon was very friendly, but professional; very astute, but efficient and he was easy to converse with andand he made me laugh. If, in the future, I'm ever in need of another battery, I can honestly say I'd use your service... just hope Brandon will still be around.”

“Reese was amazing. It took 10 minutes from when he arrived until he left, and the car, at most, and Reese was very nice too. The car is starting without a hitch now. Best service possible for something this urgent, far beyond what I expected.”

“5 out of 5 for sure! My car died in my garage and this was the perfect option for me. The technician came out to my house (I think his name was Jason) tested the battery and replaced it in within a matter of minutes. Super grateful for the speedy and thoughtful process.”

“Everything was just as promised. I was stuck with a dead battery and within a few hours of contacting 1-800 Battery, the tech was at my house and quickly got the battery swapped out and I was back up and running. Highly recommend this service.”
